Kemilah Swan, also known as “Kemmie,” is an Associate in the Property and Estates Department at Trott & Duncan.
Before joining the firm, Kemmie served as an Attorney at the Land Title Registration Office (LTRO) in Bermuda. She was also seconded to The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster City Council in London, where she managed high-value residential transactions, commercial property acquisitions, leasing, and worked on urban regeneration projects for property developers.
Kemmie’s expertise spans complex land title investigations, including cases where title deeds have been lost and boundary disputes. At Trott & Duncan, she focuses on commercial and residential property acquisitions, advising local financial institutions, and assisting with all aspects of property and estate planning.
