The Supreme Court finds police officer liable (and the Attorney General vicariously liable) for malicious prosecution

Delroy Duncan KC and Ryan Hawthorne successfully represented the claimants in an action for malicious prosecution against a former senior police officer and vicarious liability against the Attorney General under the Crown Proceedings Act 1966.
