The team at Trott & Duncan reads like a who’s who of legal firepower. “They have been taking on a lot of really tough cases,” says one of our judges, who singled out Jerome Lynch KC as a “real fire in the courts,” Delroy Duncan KC who heads up the litigation practice and “is a very respected lawyer there,” and trailblazer Shirley D. Simmons, one of Bermuda’s first female lawyers, who still consults for the firm. However, it’s not just the senior members of the legal team who are deserving of praise.
